Why We Love SKOY
Skoj (pronounced Skoy) is a Swedish word that means: “just for fun”! It was founded by the two current owners: Michelle Lundqvist and Karen Petersen. Their story is quite simple. They had a desire to share a cloth that was better than any cloth they had ever used and was environmentally friendly. They were even shocked to find out how many tons of paper towels were being used annually (2.5 million tons) and filling up the landfills. They wanted a business that they could have fun doing and at the same time would bring fun to the kitchen. With really cool designs, they have accomplished this, while still doing their part to take care of the Earth.
Skoy Enterprises LLC is a woman owned business located in Encinitas, California. Skoy opened its doors in 2007 with the launch of the Skoy Cloth. Soon after more products joined the SKOY family such as Skoy Cloth, Skoy Scrub, Skoy Towel and Skoy Holder. Skoy Enterprises offers a product line for the kitchen that is innovative and unique.
