Please make sure your hair is well enough to help the conditioner glide smoothly through. The conditioner only needs a few minutes to work its magic, though it can be left on for up to 15 minutes if desired. Typically, the conditioner bar's 8 to 10 downward swipes will provide excellent results. You can quickly dip your hair under the shower to help the conditioner reach every strand for even coverage.
